Getting Started in Intellitix Web

Intellitix Web account is where you can create an account to add a wristband or card, attach a payment method, Top-up funds to your Event Balance online, view your Event Balance, view transactions, and access your Refund Request form. You’ll be able to view all of your events using Intellitix for RFID cashless payments in one place.

Step 1: Create an account in Intellitix Web

To attach a payment method to your RFID card/wristband, Top-up funds to your Event Balance online, view your transaction history, send yourself transaction receipts, and access your Refund Request form, you need to create an Intellitix Web account. 

  1. Go to account.intellitix.com/sign-up
  2. Enter your details and a password then click Continue
  3. You will be sent a verification email to the email address used to create your account. Open the email and click the link to verify your email address 
  4. You will be taken to a verification confirmation page, click Return to Login

  1. Insert your login information and click Login In
  2. Fill in the account creation fields and click Create Account 

After successfully logging into your new Intellitix Web account, you will be brought to your My Events page and will see a button that says Add Wristband/ Card.

Step 2: Add a Wristband/ Card to your Account

Once you are logged into your Intellitix Web account, from your My Events Page click the Add Wristband/ Card button. This will bring you to the Add Wristband/ Card page where you can enter the 14-16 digit UID and security code on the back of the wristband/card. Once the UID and Security code have been inputted click Add Wristband/Card button.

Warning

An Intellitix Web account can only be connected to 1 wristband or card. You are unable to add more than 1 wristband or card to an Intellitix Web account. 

Note

If you have used your wristband or card already at the event to Top-up and/or make a purchase, after you add your wristband or card to your Intellitix Web account your Event Balance and transaction history will be available. 

Step 3a: Attach a Payment Method

By linking a payment method (credit or debit card) to your Intellitix Web account, the wristband or card associated with your account gains the ability to make direct purchases using the attached card.

  1. Once you are logged into your Intellitix Web account, click the Profile page and Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details; number, name, expiry date, and CVC
  4. Then click Done
  5. The new payment method will appear in your list of attached payment methods

If this is the first payment method you have attached it will automatically become your default payment method. If you have an existing card attached as a payment method and would like to make the newly added card your default you can change the default payment method. Step 3b: Top-up Funds to your Event Balance

Note

If you have used your wristband or card already at the event to Top-up and/or make purchases, after you add your wristband or card to your Intellitix Web account your Event Balance, Refund Request form, and transaction history will be available. If the event is over, please don't add funds to your Event Balance. 

Warning

Depending on the cashless policy implemented for the event, the ability to Top-up online may not be available from your Intellitix Web account. We recommend you consult the event’s website to review their specific Top-up policy.

Once you are logged into your Intellitix Web account, you have added your wristband or card and would like to add funds to your Event Balance, from your My Events Page click View next to the event you would like to manage. You will then be brought to your Event Balance page.

Follow the below instructions for how to Top-up funds to your Event Balance: 

  1. Scroll down to the Top-up Funds section on the Event Balance page 
  2. Enter the amount of funds you’d like to add to your Event Balance and click Pay
  3. Enter your card details and check the Save This Card box if you want to attach that payment method to your account
  4. Click Pay. You will receive a pop-up notification when the transaction is complete. You will need to click Okay to return back to your Event Balance page

  1. The Event Balance in the upper right-hand corner of your screen will update automatically
