Refund Request Form


Depending on the event's refund policy, if you topped up funds and have a remaining Event Balance after the event, you may be eligible to receive a refund. We recommend you consult the event’s website or the refund policy link to review an event specific event balance refund policy

If you have confirmed that the event is issuing refunds for remaining Event Balances, you will need to: 

  1. Create an Intellitix Web account
  2. Add your wristband or card to your Intellitix Web account 
  3. Complete and submit the Refund Request form within your Intellitix Web account

This article will walk you through where you can access your Refund Request form from within your Intellitix Web account. 

  1. Once you have logged into your Intellitix Web account and have added your wristband or card to your account, click on the My Events page
  2. Click on the Refund Request page
  3. Fill in the Refund Request Form and click Submit Refund Request

Your remaining balance will be refunded to you within 30 business days after you submit your Refund Request form. A refund fee may be applied. If you’d like to know more about an event’s specific refund fee policy, we recommend either contacting the event directly or visiting the event’s website. 


An Intellitix Web account can only be connected to 1 wristband or card. You are unable to add more than 1 wristband or card to an Intellitix Web Account. Therefore, you can only request a refund for the wristband or card that is connected to your Intellitix Web account.
