Intellitix Web Account

Why is it important to create your Intellitix Web account?

  • Allows you to attach a payment method to your wristband. An attached payment method allows you to spend directly from your card
  • Allows you to view all of your event transactions and send yourself receipts in one place
  • Enables you to receive email notifications for all your event purchase transactions
  • Allows you to freeze your wristband so someone else can’t use your funds if the wristband is lost or stolen
  • Allows you to retrieve a new wristband from the box office if yours is lost or stolen

I can’t read the codes on the back of my wristband. What do I do?

If the codes on your RFID wristband are difficult to read, we can help! 

Please email us at seabreeze@intellitix.com or use the chatbot to send us:

  • A picture of the back of your wristband
  • The name and email address associated with the order

Once we get this information, we will email you within 2 business days the UID and security code on your RFID wristband.

Can I link more than one wristband to my Intellitix Web account? 

No. An Intellitix Web account can only be connected to one Seabreeze wristband. For any additional wristbands, they should be given to the person who is going to use them so they can make their own account and add the wristband and card to it. We need to make another account but only have one email address, what should we do?

If you share an email address you can follow these steps to make two different accounts.

  1. Start by creating the first account with the email address you have. Make sure to go all the way through with creating the account: go to account.intellitix.com/sign-up enter your info, click the link in the verification email you are sent, then add your wristband and payment method. Then sign out of this account. For the full steps of creating and setting up an account check out this article.
  2. Next, we recommend opening an incognito or private browser page to make the next account this way it is not trying to log into the other account you just made. To open one of these windows you can use the following shortcut on your keyboard:
    • If you're on a Mac/Apple computer click the following keys at the same time - Command+Shift+N.
    • If you're on a Windows computer click the following keys at the same time - Ctrl+Shift+N.
  3. Then in this new window you've opened go to account.intellitix.com/sign-up and this time when you enter the email address add a + sign with a word before the @ symbol (for example if your email is thesmiths@email.com, now you would enter thesmiths+secondacct@email.com). This will make it look like a new email for a cashless account, but will still send any verifications to your actual email address. Then you can continue with the account creation, adding wristband, and adding a payment method process just like you did on the first account.

Can I remove a wristband from my Intellitix Web Account? 

No. Once a Seabreeze wristband has been added to an Intellitix Web account, it cannot be removed or transferred to another account. 

What is the difference between attaching a payment method and my Event Balance?

Attaching a Payment Method (Highly Recommended): When you attach your credit card as a payment method to your Intellitix Web account the wristband added will have access to that attached payment method and be able to spend directly from that card at the event.  

Event Balance: You can use Top-up stations at the event to add funds to your event balance via cash

WARNING:  Top-up stations will limited at the event and could be subject to lines. Any unused cash put into your wristband account will not be refunded at the end of the event. Do not load more cash onto your wristband than you plan to use.

If you completed a Top-up using a credit or debit card, any unused funds will be returned back to your card within 30 days. 

How do I add cash to my wristband?

If you cannot attach a payment method to your account, you can use cash at a Top-up station located throughout the event grounds.

Why do I have a charge from Intellitix on my card, the event hasn’t started yet?

When you save a payment method to your cashless account a small pre-authorization charge is made, then immediately refunded. This is to verify that the card you are saving is a valid card to prevent issues for using this card at the event.

What is the Freeze button for?

The Freeze button in your Intellitix Web account allows you to temporarily disable your wristband from allowing it to be used for purchases. For example, if you lose your wristband at the event and have a payment method attached to it you can freeze it until you are able to get to a customer service station and have it replaced so that someone else can’t use it if they find it. If you accidentally freeze the wristband or end up finding it, you can unfreeze it from the same place in your account to resume being able to make purchases.

I’m being asked to create an organization and add my company, what is this?

If you’re being asked to create an organization please navigate to the cashless account platform instead at: account.intellitix.com to either click Create your account or enter your account details and sign in.

At the Event

What do I need to bring with me to pick up or replace my wristband at the Box Office?

If your wristband didn't arrive by mail and you plan to collect it at the Seabreeze Box Office, please note that the ticket owner must be there in person with their government official ID.

How do I make a purchase at the event?

Now that you’ve attached a payment method to your Intellitix Web account, you can make cashless purchases for food, drinks, and merchandise at the event. Once you’re at a vendor location:

  1. Tap your wristband on the RFID reader.
  2. Place your order with the staff.
  3. Tap your wristband a second time to confirm your transaction.

The amount will automatically be charged to your attached payment method or dedicated from your Event Balance. It’s that easy!

Can I combine my Event Balance from two wristbands

No. An Intellitix Web account can only be connected to one Seabreeze wristband. For more information on how to add a wristband to your Intellitix Web account, check out this help article.

Can I split the cost of something with a friend?

No, you cannot split payment for an item. Only one wristband can be used to open the transaction, and that same wristband must be used to close and confirm the purchase. This is a security feature to ensure the purchaser is in control of their own spending.

How do I check my Event Balance? 

If you opted to load cash onto your wristband there are a couple of ways you can check your Event Balance. 

If you created your Intellitix Web account, you can log in and check your balance at any time. 

You can also view your Event Balance when you tap your wristband at an event Customer Service location or when making a purchase at a vendor. 

My wristband is not working. I need help to scan into areas of the event or make purchases. What should I do?

Visit one of the designated Customer Service stations at the event. Check the official Seabreeze website for locations. 

What to expect if you need to get a replacement wristband?

Your wristband is your ticket to the festival and your digital wallet.  Treat it like cash.

Lost or stolen wristbands can be deactivated and replaced before entering the festival at the on-site Box Office outside the Main Entrance.

Once inside the festival grounds, any guest who has lost their wristband must visit the on-site customer service stations inside the festival grounds. Customer service agents will verify your access & cashless account information before reissuing a wristband. Please note, the ticket owner must be there in person with their government official ID.

Wristbands that are cut, stretched, or damaged in any way WILL NOT be replaced.  Purchasers will be required to repurchase.

Wristbands that are accidentally tightened may require a Wristband Replacement Fee.

 If I loaded cash to my wristband but then my wristband was lost, stolen, or too tight, will my Event Balance transfer

If you’ve created an account online, yes! Visit one of the designated Customer Service stations at the event and they will deactivate your lost, stolen, or damaged wristband and issue you a new one. Please bring a valid photo ID. Your Event Balance will be accessible via your new wristband by adding it on your existing Intellitix Web account. 

However, if you did NOT create an Intellitix Web account, visit the Customer Service location and show proof of your original event ticket purchase along with valid photo ID.

To avoid this issue, we strongly recommend you create an Intellitix Web account prior to the event. Treat your wristband the same way you would treat cash! Seabreeze is not responsible for any funds stolen/missing from your wristband if you lose it.

After the Event

What is the refund policy for the remaining funds in your Event Balance? 

We recommend that guests link their wristbands directly to their credit/ debit card in their Intellitix Web account, meaning you are only charged for what you spend.

There is no need "to add funds" or worry about your balance on the wristband.

CASH

Any unused cash put into your wristband account will not be refunded at the end of the event. Do not load more cash onto your wristband than you plan to use.

If you completed a Top-up using a credit or debit card, any unused funds will be returned back to your card within 30 days.
