How to Freeze a Wristband or Card

In case your wristband/card goes missing or is stolen, you have the power to Freeze your wristband/ card from within your Intellitix Web account. Freezing your wristband/card prevents any unauthorized transactions and ensures peace of mind if you’re not able to have the wristband/card replaced right away. To replace your wristband or card, you will need to visit a box office at the event.

Your wristband/card needs to be added to your Intellitix Web account before you can use the Freeze feature. If you did not add your wristband/card to your Intellitix Web account, you need to visit a customer service location at the event for further assistance. 

Freezing your wristband/card is simple! Log into your Intellitix Web account and from your My Events page click the Freeze Wristband button and then Confirm.

If someone tries to make a purchase with a wristband/card that has been Frozen, this is the message the vendor will receive on their point-of-sale device. 

If your wristband/ card is found and you would like to Unfreeze your credential, you can complete this action from within your Intellitix Web account. Log into your Intellitix Web account and from your My Events page click the Unfreeze Wristband button and then Confirm.
